In fact, Professor John Kotter used Siobhan’s work at ANZ as a case study at Harvard Business School to teach MBA students about how to manage change. In 2020, Siobhan was selected as a member of the Global Thinkers50 whose ideas have the power to change the world. She is currently employed as the Executive General Manager of People, Culture & Change at DuluxGroup. Siobhan McHale is a culture transformer!
